The articles dealing with what you must have to qualify for acceptance with the association are what is suggested, while it is a good idea that all of the supplies mentioned be completed, or as nearly as can be you will not be turned away if you are not 100% in compliance. However, please keep in mind that should you need to give mutual aid you will have to be prepared for supply depletion if you do not have enough on hand. Also, consider what it would be like if you sought aid from

another group only to find them unprepared. We can and will build a strong mutual aid system by all of us working together. The Reps from the different groups are the leaders, it is their input and ideas that will build the Association. Envision if you will an old wagon wheel, you, the groups are the spokes, you are all linked together by the rim, separate yet connected. The hub is the meeting table, all Reps will come to the table and discuss matters important to them and their groups, other members of the group are welcome to participate in all discussions, however, only the Reps, or their seconds may have a vote, one vote per group. In the case of groups such as Alpha, we may have to designate it into two groups, therefore it will have two Reps. We have many new ideas and suggestions on the table, and want your responses to them. It is YOUR Association, it is for all of OUR benefit. During the next few weeks these ideas will be put forth to you for you to share with your people, I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible.�
